These Terms & Shop Policies apply to the use of this website and purchases arranged with Sews2Sews. By completing a purchase, you agree to the policies below.

Handmade and one-of-a-kind items

Sews2Sews products are handmade individually or in small batches. Fabric placement, stitching, color appearance, measurements, and other details may vary slightly from one item to another. These natural variations are part of a handmade product and are not considered defects.

Product photographs and descriptions are provided to represent each item as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear.

Availability and reservations

Items are available in limited quantities, and many are one of a kind. An item is not reserved or sold until Mary confirms its availability and verifies the agreed payment in her PayPal account.

If two customers request the same item, Sews2Sews may give priority to the first completed and verified payment.

Prices and shipping charges

Product prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping is charged separately and is calculated using the buyer’s delivery destination. Mary will provide the complete product and shipping total before payment.

Sews2Sews may correct an accidental pricing or description error before accepting payment. If an error is discovered after payment, Mary will contact the customer to resolve it fairly before shipping.

Orders and payment

Orders begin by email so Mary can confirm the exact item, availability, delivery destination, and total. Payment is completed through Mary’s official PayPal page only after those details are confirmed.

An order is accepted only after payment appears as completed in Mary’s own PayPal account. Screenshots, emails, or messages claiming that payment was sent are not proof of payment.

Sews2Sews will never ask a customer to purchase gift cards, share a verification code, pay an account-upgrade fee, or send money through an unexpected social-media message.

Shipping and delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Mary will communicate the expected shipping timing and provide tracking information when available.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside Sews2Sews’ control. If a package is delayed or appears lost, contact Mary so she can review the tracking information and help determine the next step.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Because Sews2Sews items are handmade and often one of a kind, all sales are final. Sews2Sews does not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please review all photographs, measurements, product details, prices, and shipping charges before paying.

If Sews2Sews sends the wrong item or an item arrives damaged, contact Mary promptly at sews2sews@gmail.com. Include the order details and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and damage. Mary will review the situation and communicate an appropriate resolution.

Do not mail an item back unless Mary has provided written return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Product use and care

Customers are responsible for using and caring for products appropriately. Follow any product-specific care or safety instructions Mary provides. Handmade kitchen textiles should be kept away from open flames and should not be used in ways that exceed their intended purpose.

PayPal and third-party services

PayPal, email providers, website hosting, social-media platforms, and shipping carriers are independent third-party services with their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and procedures. Sews2Sews is not responsible for a third party’s outages, policy changes, or actions outside Mary’s reasonable control.

Website content and availability

Sews2Sews makes reasonable efforts to keep product information current but does not guarantee that every listed item will remain available. The website may occasionally be unavailable or contain an error that needs correction.

Website photographs, text, branding, and original promotional materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Privacy

Information provided to Sews2Sews is also handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the website, shop process, or business practices change. The version in effect when an order is accepted will apply to that order.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to Sews2Sews in the State of Wisconsin. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit a right or responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
